Independent Contractor (Freelancer), Business Consultation, 2021 ~ Present 

  • Assisted small-midsized companies to develop their business strategy and long-term business plan. 
  • Involved more than 5 projects including IT, agriculture, logistics, construction equipment. 
  • Supported Korean startups to create business strategy and plan for an investment pitch deck and coordinated an investment meeting with VCs to raise capital.
  • Involved more than 10 projects mainly IT, Bio-Medical technology companies.

  • Conducted in depth analysis of market environments and future trends for an automotive and car dealership industry; make recommendations based on findings.
