My name is Arbie Torotoro, I'm 33 years Old and I'm from Philippines. I  hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Agribusines. I was working in a Local Airline Company in Philippines for almost 12yrs as a Fuel Inventory Analyst-SAP. I'm currently living in Osan City and studying in Osan University for the Korean Language Program. I'm proficient in MS word, Excel, powerpoint and Outlook. I'm hard working person and I can easily adapt and I'm willing to learn new things.

• Requests from suppliers/vendors the needed delivery receipts and invoice to process payment. 
• Validate transactions based on delivery receipts, Invoice received from supplier and AIMS (Airline Information Management System) and/or SAP (Systems Applications Products)
• Perform data input in system (SAP) of all fuel transactions per location/airport accurately 
• Prepares the Purchase Order (PO) for all Jet A-1 transactions in SAP 
• Coordination with Vendors when there is issue with Invoice, quantity shipped, price and etc.
• Computes the Fuel Price (based on applicable MOPS) per supplier, peso (PHP) or US Dollar (USD) rate.
• Coordinate with Treasury Bills and/or supplier for the timely payment of transactions. Ensure to forward documents needed for USD bank funding requirements.
• Prepare monthly Fuel expense report 
•  Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
