Edward Shin

I am a commercial lawyer by profession holding an LLB, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from The University of Sydney (2011) and having been admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales by the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board in 2012. 

Edward is a Commercial lawyer with 7 years’ experience, 3 years in Asset Management, and currently a Partner in a fintech investment fund and serving as a director in a ASX listed public company IOUpay Limited (ASX code: IOU). He has deep experience working in Sydney and in Seoul, South Korea with a particular focus in sourcing, funding, arranging, and managing inbound and outbound investments. Edward has a strong passion for the financial technology sector and has worked with many prestigious corporate groups, clients, and both individual/institutional investors within this sector. 

As a trusted commercial lawyer, an asset manager, and a Partner of an investment fund, he often works closely with other corporate advisors and lawyers to provide practical solutions to achieve the commercial objectives.
