Autotuned the Daelim VJF250 engine with the Dynojet Power Commander V, and calibrated the air-fuel ratio between 12.9 and 13.2. • Built a sample fuel tank from the acrylglas to check will there be any leaks. Implemented Root Cause Analysis and build a reliable fuel tank from steel • Proficient in soldering different wires and connectors. Worked on soldering of the brake lights, fan, etc. • Expertise using the Data logger DL1 Sport and analyzing the logged data, such as acceleration, brake timings, sectors and GPS location, using the software Race Technology v8.5 • • Experienced in different welding types, like electrode welding, TIG welding, and CO2 welding.
