I’m an EMT with a background in ER and recently worked in Code Enforcement for the city of Pueblo, Colorado. My skills are strong customer service, conflict resolution and Toyota Production Method. 

My primary focus the last 15 years has been in the emergency room of several regional trauma centers. Each one of the departments required conflict resolutio, ability to listen to patient complaints without reacting in emotionally charged situation.
