Business Unit:
Enabling the movement toward advanced chip design, KLA's Measurement, Analytics and Control Highway group (MACH) is looking for the best and brightest research scientists, software engineers, application development engineers and senior product technology process engineers to join our team.
The MACH team's mission is to collaborate with our customers to innovate technologies and solutions that detect and control highly complex process variations—at their source—rather than compensate for them at later stages of the manufacturing process.
As a member of the MACH team, you'll be joining the most sophisticated and successful process-control company in the semiconductor industry--working across functions to solve the most complex technical problems in the digital age.
Location: Korea
Responsibilities:
1. Configure and support KLA software applications in semiconductor manufacturing in close collaboration with customer engineering, and KLA engineering and marketing teams
2. Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding support with effective communication
3. Troubleshoot problems and determine remedial actions required to resolve them
4. Communicate requirements on new product features, enhancements and bug fixes clearly to division engineering, and strive to deliver high-qualify solutions to customer on time
5. Understand customer's production workflow for KLA solutions to provide maximum value to customers. Identify gaps and challenges, and areas of further collaboration
Requirements:
1. PhD or MS / BS in Physics, Electrical or Chemical engineering or Materials Science with 2-5 years' experience of mask/IC manufacturing or OPC/EDA applications
2. Having a strong understanding of defect detection, metrology, yield management, and experience in operating Linux/php/python is advantageous
3. Ability to set priorities and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on multiple issues
4. Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing creative technical solutions, documenting them, and presenting them to management
5. Strong presentation, technical writing, and communication skills
6. Proficient in both English and Korean
7. Willing to travel up to 25% within Korea or abroad

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
