    We are looking for a IT & General Administration Manager at Munich Re Korea Branch. Reporting to the CFO and dotted reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for effective management of IT infrastructure components for the Branch, and responsible for purchase and maintenance of all IT and office facilities. For this role, we are open to either part-time or full-time employment.

    Your Role

  • Efficient management of IT services and IT processes via Helpdesk (e.g. configuration management, incident management, problem management, release management, change management and data back-up management).
  • Delivery and management of IT services (e.g. service levels, system and application capacity, system availability, IT continuity, information security, support for any development / enhancement of location application for increase of efficiency, global and local softwares, business process enhancement, remote access management).
  • On-site support for desktop applications, emails, printers, other hardware, and networking related issues.
  • Responsible for technical services reporting for the Branch.
  • Develop and implement appropriate risk management processes, procedures and controls to ensure compliance.
  • Support the set-up of Business Continuity Plan (BCP), its maintenance and data protection, etc.
  • Ensure inventory management is in line with internal policy.
  • Manage IT & office related maintenance agreements and insurance coverage (e.g. outsourcing contracts, office package, car insurance etc.).
  • Provide general care, maintenance and services for the upkeep of the office environment to achieve best office environment and all facilities at the most suitable level.
  • Responsible for procurement for the Branch.
  • Review and control all related costs effectively.
  • Responsible for ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting to Group office
    Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
  • Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in IT/GA environment.
  • Functional knowledge of computer technologies and Microsoft Office software.
  • Sound knowledge of large corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills in a professional corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels.
