    ,,Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and to improve the factory manufacturing process flow
    ,,Set and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPIs
    ,,Take the responsibility for productivity improvements with cross-functional teams
    ,,Drive improvement initiatives for Manufacturing Efficiency(Personnel, Capital, Material, Area, Speed) and cost performance through simulation and work method optimization
    ,,Partner with Automation team in the transition of initiatives roll out in the factory
    ,,Model and Analyze different business requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
    ,,Tool up business case, validation and prepare proposals for management review
    ,,Support the automation of data collection and evaluation,,Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields (Engineering Major)
    ,,3+ of experience in industrial engineering, planning or other technical field related to manufacturing of electronic components
    ,,A strong team player with excellent communication skills and prefer to have project management experience
    ,,Highly analytical with desire to initiate improvements
    ,,Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or possesses experience in applying DMAIC principles will have distinct advantage
    ,,Prior experience in driving Automation projects is preferred
    ,,AutoCAD knowledge is preferred
