- Manage the day to day activities of the project commission team. Comprising commissioning coordinators, commissioning engineers, operations and maintenance specialist.
- Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, equipment layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the precommissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities.
- Provide expertise and oversight on all construction projects for commissioning and start-up.
- Responsible for project field and jobsite commissioning and start-up operation.
- Monitor and reviews all sector start-up and commissioning programs and make necessary revisions to program as required.
- Design and plan the commissioning phase to match new product features and software modifications meeting project scope.
- Lead the commissioning engineering group, provide guidance and arrange for training for staff.
- Minimum 15 years experience in the O&G industries, especially for LNG's cryogenic.
- Extensive Knowledge of Cryogenic process, equipment, and system including liquefaction, storage, regasification and vaporization, such as LNG, Hydrogen Project
- Strong understanding of commissioning principles, practice, and methodologies with demonstrated experience in managing commissioning activities
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-placed environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to resolving technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadline.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work extended hours as needed to support commissioning activities.
