About the Role
We are hiring an Overseas B2B Sales Specialist to support pipeline creation, qualification, and deal execution for international customers. This role is designed for someone who is process-driven, fast-moving, and eager to build strong B2B sales capabilities in a manufacturing execution environment.
Industry knowledge is not required. We are looking for strong fundamentals: disciplined follow-up, clear communication, structured thinking, and ownership of outcomes.
What You Will Own
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities through structured outreach, follow-up, and discovery support.
- Maintain clean CRM data and ensure opportunities progress through defined stages with clear next steps.
- Support deal execution: sampling coordination, quote preparation inputs, customer Q&A tracking, and timeline management.
- Improve conversion speed by ensuring internal and external stakeholders always have the right information at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead conversion and qualification
- Follow up on inbound and trade show leads within defined SLA and maintain persistent, professional follow-up.
- Conduct initial discovery to confirm fit (use case, quantity range, timeline, requirements, stakeholders).
- Disqualify low-fit opportunities quickly and document rationale.
Pipeline operations and CRM discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM records: contacts, deal stage, next steps, decision timelines, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare weekly pipeline updates and support the team lead with reporting and follow-up planning.
- Track conversion metrics and highlight bottlenecks (stalled deals, missing requirements, internal delays).
Deal execution support
- Coordinate sampling workflows and ensure requirements are captured correctly (construction, coating/lamination, performance needs).
- Support quote preparation by collecting customer requirements and internal inputs; track revisions and approvals.
- Manage customer communications on timelines, shipments, and feedback loops.
Cross-functional coordination
- Work closely with production, QC, and logistics to ensure customer requests are executable.
- Maintain clear internal checklists for each opportunity to prevent missed steps or rework.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience in B2B sales, sales operations, customer success, or commercial coordination.
- Strong written and spoken English for customer communication.
- Ability to travel internationally for trade shows, including the United States and Europe.
- Highly organized and execution-focused: maintains checklists, deadlines, and documentation.
- Comfortable with structured systems (CRM, spreadsheets, reporting cadence).
- Strong ownership mindset: moves work forward proactively and escalates issues early.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting international customers or export-oriented business.
- Familiarity with long-cycle sales, sampling workflows, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).
