Head of Marketing - Seoul

Job summary

Join our team as a founding member and take over the marketing department in Korea. You will be responsible for crafting and executing the entire marketing strategy from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of D2C and B2C marketing principles, brand building, and growth hacking.

• Knowledge of Naver marketing suites, community building experience and good relations with parents and kids.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a hands-on, full-stack marketer who can strategize, execute, and analyze campaigns independently in the early stages.
• Direct experience with key digital marketing channels: SEO/SEM, social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), content marketing, influencer marketing, and email marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to build a powerful brand narrative and a community-driven marketing strategy. You are not just acquiring customers; you are building a movement.
• Deep, practical knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms is essential.

Skills

• Experience in a high-growth, B2C & B2B startup environment, preferably in wellness, food, healthcare and other customer-forward industries
• A strong product sense and a passion for user experience (UX). This Head of Marketing must be obsessed with understanding the parent journey and be able to challenge product decisions from a user-centric point of view.
• Experience in market research, customer segmentation, and developing go-to-market strategies for both web platforms and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with building and optimizing conversion funnels and leveraging marketing automation tools.
