- Determine the strategic approach to key accounts, aligning teams, innovation, and product development with customer expectations to drive business results focusing on Tier 1 footwear manufactures
- Lead a team dedicated to innovation project development and execution at our top customers' development centers in Busan, KR
- Cultivate robust and lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across all communication levels
- Control and support pricing, claims, payment, and contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms
- Regularly interact with Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Innovation teams across Asia and India to ensure seamless collaboration
- Lead negotiations with an intelligent, highly strategic, and multi-faceted approach, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ensure a timely and strategic response to customer inquiries, product developments, and market changes, employing an agile and resourceful approach Key Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Strong sales and account management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Proficient in navigating a matrix organization, leading through strategic thinking, and adept at building relationships with professionals at various organizational levels through effective communication and interpersonal skills
