    Executive Assistant to Deputy BGM

    Position

    Scheduling & communication

  • Manage Deputy Brand General Manager schedules for meetings/calls, market visits, business trips
  • Close communication with teams on the arrangements Operational elements
  • Support on organizing Market visit w/ collaboration of related people/ team on VIP visit to Korea
  • Various meetings (concerning sizable & cross functional ones e.g. MKT/Ebiz meeting, MKT/Communication meeting, B&M meeting, By axis forecast meetings...) Team gatherings
  • Support special events (eg. Brand convention, Cross function workshops, Regional Marketing meeting, Family sales) Adhoc & regular documentation
  • Support on PPT/Excel (adhoc)
  • Consolidations for cross-functional documents Profile Bachelor's degree or above.
  • +2~3yrs of work experience preferred
