- Manages the category of Site Services and R & D in Japan/Korea but not limited to.
- Lead and support Global project initiatives.
- Support deployment of Category and Sub-Category strategies in the responsible area
- Identify and drive procurement projects to deliver Cost/Cash savings.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant policies and processes.
- Leverage and consolidate spend, rationalizing/ right sizing the supplier base.
- Maximize extending supplier payment terms for free cash flow optimization.
- Lead/execute commercial agreements negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms.

- Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or the equivalent
- Minimum of 6-9 years relevant working experience
- Strong understanding of procurement/strategic commodity management
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Procurement tools
- Good knowledge of strategic sourcing, tendering process, contract management, contract negotiation and contract governance
- Excellent communication skills with all relevant stakeholders of internal company and external authorities.
- Work independently and a team player.
- Fluency in both of oral and written English and Japanese. Knowledge in Korean language will be an advantage.
