- Production of quotes using pricing tools, either alone or with support of Account Manager(AM) or Product Marketer(PM). Support AM/FSE(Field Sales Engineer) with follow-up discussions and creation of final quote
- VPA(Volume Purchase Agreement) - prepare for discussion with customers, upload into system, do tracking
- Process requests for samples, answer questions on availability, price, etc, track the delivery
- Check export control status upon new customer applications; regular status update
- Follow up overdues and credit limit, resolution of invoice queries, create invoices or credit notes where required, and support payment allocation
- Follow up customer specific documents by communicating related internal departments
- Proactively improve processes and working routines, resolve customer complaints
- Distribution of price lists & other literature, marcom support, contract uploads and changes, PCN, NPI & LTB handling
- Customer account creation and maintenance, CMD updates, POS check
- More than 3 years of work experience (not mandatory but a plus)
- Fluent in written / spoken English
- Team-oriented and highly motivated to bring things forward
- Is good at communicating with customers and likes to work in office
- Responsible, accountable and professional in carrying out tasks under pressure
