    About Us:

    Anma Offshore Wind
    will be developed and constructed by EQUIS and their strategic partners. With a capacity of 532MW and COD scheduled for Q1 2029, Anma is expected to be South Korea's first utility-scale offshore wind farm.

    Role Summary:

    As Onshore Substation HSE Adivsor for Anma Offshore Wind, you will be actively supporting the ONSS Package. Your daily task will be to closely follow up the ONSS Contractors' scope of work; you will be directly involved in the construction works at the Contractors' site.

    What You Will Do:

    HSE Compliance & Monitoring

    • Ensure daily operations comply with all relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and client requirements
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits
    • Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management
    • Ensure change management procedures are followed
    • Participate in site meetings and package related project meetings
    • Attend other project related sites within South Korea as required for inspections and audits

    Incident Management

    • Participate in investigations, investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices
    • Maintain incident records and track corrective actions
    • Coordinate root cause analysis and lessons learned activities

    Training & Induction

    • Deliver HSE inductions to new employees(AWC)
    • Organize and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings

    Emergency Response

    • Ensure emergency response plans are updated accordingly
    • Participate in regular drills and ensure readiness of response teams.
    • Liaise with emergency services as needed

    Permit to Work (PTW) System

    • Monitor PTW procedures, especially for high-risk activities such as hot works, confined space entry, and lifting operations

    Document Control

    • Assist in developing and maintaining HSE documentation, procedures, and manuals
    • Ensure proper documentation of audits, inspections, and risk assessments

    Environmental Monitoring

    • Support environmental initiatives including waste management, spill prevention, and emissions control
    • Monitor and report on environmental compliance
    • Conduct environmental inspections and record required data

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Support communication with the client, contractors, and regulatory bodies on HSE matters
    • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly coordination meetings to represent the HSE function

    Continuous Improvement

    • Identify areas for improvement in HSE processes and participate in the implementation of changes
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute to innovation in HSE management

    Support Audits

    • Assist with internal and external HSE audits

    What You Will Need:

    Strong Knowledge of HSE Regulations

    • A solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental laws and standards, particularly those applicable to electrical, construction, civils, and offshore wind industries

    Proactive, Hands-On Approach

    • The ability to be visible and active on site, engaging directly with workers, supervisors, and contractors to promote a strong safety culture

    Excellent Communication Skills

    • Capable of delivering clear safety messages, conducting training, and influencing people at all levels—from shop floor workers to senior management

    Team Player Attitude

    • Able to work collaboratively across departments, with contractors, and within multidisciplinary teams to maintain a safe working environment

    Technical Competence

    • Familiarity with tools such as risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, safety management software, and incident investigation methodologies

    Resilience & Confidence

    • The confidence to challenge unsafe behavior or conditions and the resilience to enforce safety standards under pressure

    Training & Qualifications

    • HSE related qualifications and relevant experience. Appropriate training to project requirements and local legislative standards such as, work at height, medical and first aid

    Key Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree or diploma in HSE Management, Engineering, or related field
    • Recognized HSE qualifications (e.g., OSHA, Korean Construction Safety Manager Certification, NEBOSH, BSc, MSc)
    • Minimum 5-8 years of HSE experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
    • Strong understanding of substation operations and construction safety practices
    • Proficiency in English (mandatory); native in Korean is essential for local operations
