    The HR Assistant will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and employee engagement.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring and onboarding of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited employee engagement
  • Respond to general human resources-related inquiries
  • Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Maintain employee personnel records and relevant employer statutory updates
  • Maintains knowledge ofbenefits analysis, market trends, best practices, regulatory changes,and new technologies in human resources
  • Perform ad hoc duties, as necessary
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or any relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • 1+year experience as HR Generalist or equivalent role in a customer service contact center environment; travel industry preferred
  • Highly skilled in MS Office and other office tools
  • Strongorganizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
