1. Administrative support for the Account General Manager(Executive)
- Organize and support Business Unit level trainings, conferences, and events
- Provide support by working with the management team & departments
- Support efficient operation of the practice from an administrative flow of information/data/documentation
- Set up and support Internal/External meetings, conference calls and events
Arrange meetings (Account all hands, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings)
- Manage AGM's calendar for appointments and meetings, travel schedules
Claimed expenses and managed account budget
2. Provide relevant data/reports using internal data platforms(CRM) for Sales Operation
Provide Management supporting data (Revenue analysis, Shipment, Sales orders, etc.)
Work within controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, views, dashboards, and user data, such as KPI reports, sales booking/revenue numbers, including commits, targets, overrides and disconnects
Develop various analysis reports, monitor changes and provide insights
Participate in achieving BU financial targets. Contributed to book/bill commit and forecast.
Extracts financial, statistical and other data from various information systems and other sources.
Bachelor's degree in the related field
Professional in MS (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Ability to use SAP, Salesforce, and other data platforms
Good attitude to learn with agility for problem-solving
Self-motivator, the ability of communication skills and act as a team player
