- Under broad direction, this position is responsible for planning and execution of Technology projects (mainly basic engineering package development)
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements of KBR Technology.
- Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
- May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities.
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in university. Experience and Skills:
- Position requires ten (10) years in engineering / project management. Experience in EPC is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as relationship building and team motivation.
- Leadership and/or management experience is required.
- Candidates must show an enthusiastic attitude towards personnel development and be capable of easy transitioning from a leadership role to a support role.
- Candidates must show a work history demonstrating a steady progression towards increased responsibility in their roles.
- Backgrounds in technology and engineering assignments as well as field construction assignments are a plus.
- Ability to manage project schedules effectively while maintaining flexibility in working hours. Education:
