    GLG's Client Solutions Intern role in the Professional Service Firm team is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and employers with less than 1 year experience looking to pursue a career in research, consulting, or the financial services sector. The internship is structured to develop your communication and teamwork skills, and broaden your industry knowledge while working in a fast-growing global firm. PSF interns are responsible for successfully executing against project objectives, seeing each project through to completion, arranging connections between GLG's clients and selected Council Members, global key opinion leaders and senior industry executives acting in a consultative capacity.

    Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Solutions team professionals on servicing global and local strategy consulting firms project set-up, search and invite relevant NMs, PA, highlighting, LR – lead generation)
  • Navigate requests with complex compliance requirements and client-specific preferences
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Appreciate the urgency of competing projects and prioritize accordingly
  • Align with and develop deep understanding of a specific end-client market
  • Conduct industry research and reach out to professionals and experts best suited to participate in each project through telephone, emails and other channels
  • Work on other projects associated with building the GLG Council Network in Seoul
  • Position Requirements:

  • Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top tier university (incl. expected)
  • Business level proficiency in English and Korean
  • The role requires an individual to commit to a minimum 3 months full-time internship and to start as soon as possible
  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral and written abilities.
  • Demonstrate commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment.
  • Passion for sales and conversation, especially a successful track record in phone sales or outreach.
  • Ability to communicate and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals.
  • Interest in building a business and in all business-building related activities.
  • Act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavours
  • Think creatively and focus on opportunities for growth
  • Express a strong desire to work in a team
  • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
