    What is in it for you?

  • This is an exciting opportunity for driven candidates with a strong work ethic from either a consulting, HR and/or M&A background to move into a dynamic consulting environment supporting the Asia M&A Advisory Services team in the delivery of HR M&A consulting projects.
  • Under the direction of a strong team and manager, you will be involved in working on Global, Regional and Local M&A related projects ranging across the entire deal cycle with a focus on people advisory.
  • You will be expected to work on multiple projects at a time to deliver various HR consulting projects in collaboration with M&A colleagues or with other lines of business from different geographies.
  • We will count on you to:

  • HR due diligence on multi-country deals.
  • Post-merger integration (e.g. designing retention programs, employee transfer, benefits stand-up, salary structure and incentive plan harmonization, HR programs implementation, culture, organization structure design, employee communication, etc.).
  • Independently manage small projects and lead sub-modules of larger projects under guidance of senior consultants.
  • Perform high-quality, complex data analysis reliably and consistently with minimal direction.
  • Draft comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate and work with colleagues across different lines of business and geographies to prepare client deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Socialize proposed approach and recommendation with clients
  • Contribute to sales process through developing proposals and attending pitches.
  • Support the intellectual capital development for the business.
  • What you need to have:

  • Ideally 1 to 3 years of prior experience in consulting / HR / M&A within a MNC environment.
  • Fresh/recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A logical and structured thinker, with strong synthesis skills to deliver insights and conclusions.
  • Capability to perform quality data analysis with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written/ verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
  • Strong domain knowledge and a good understanding of the whole spectrum of issues within HR or/and acquisition and post-merger integration.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to work in fast changing environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
