Job Purpose

As part of the launch of the MPI product, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Documentation Specialist to support the onboarding process of mobile phone retailers. This role will collaborate and work with key stakeholders in the Compliance functions of Assurant as well as the local Legal and Sales team to deliver on Compliance objectives and to ensure all documentation, due diligence (DD) and monitoring for contractual agreements between retailers and Assurant, facilitated through the Monkey Consulting platform.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Review and validate documents submitted by retailers via the Monkey Consulting platform for MPI onboarding.
• Coordinate with the Compliance functions of Assurant to ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
• Perform due diligence on all the retailers before they are onboarded.
• Support retailers through the contract process, including document uploads and electronic signatures.
• Track and manage onboarding progress, ensuring timely completion of all compliance checks.
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in submitted documentation.
• Develop and maintain compliance checklist and accurate records related to onboarding, agreements, and compliance activities.
• Develop and implement the monitoring plan and periodic dashboards demonstrating monitoring outcomes
• Review marketing and communications materials related to M Care program to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
• Provide feedback to improve onboarding workflows and platform usability.

Basic Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, documentation review, or contract administration.
• Bilingual in English (business level) and Korean, verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and document management systems is a plus.
