- Provide application training and support
- Develop automated SDB/WDB applications
- Build strong customer relationships
- Solve customer challenges with tool solutions
- Create Best Known Methods (BKMs) and production-ready recipes
- Offer feedback to product groups for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with service and factory teams to resolve issues
- Travel as needed to support customers
- BS/MS degree in relevant field
- Experience in microscopy and electrical technology
- Knowledge of SDB/WDB systems
- Experience with semiconductor equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Experience working in diverse teams
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Valid driver's license required
