- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of oil & gas industry with 10 years of offshore experience.
- Experience with Subsea Completion operations in similar water depths (up to 200m) is required.
- MANDATORY: Horizontal well open hole gravel packing experience is mandatory.
- Well test operations Management of HSE, Risk Management, Incident Causal Analysis, Contract Management.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pre-planning all Completion activities for 8 well Development campaign, Offshore Myanmar in 2020 from a Semi-sub.
- Assisting all Basis of Design, Engineering Proposals and Programmes.
- Planning and Programs for Gravel pack, Upper completion, Slick Line, Well Testing, Sub Sea systems.
- Assisting the management of all Contractors.
- Contractor management, QA/QC of equipment.
- Writing of HAZOP/HAZID risk assessments.
- Writing of Risk Registers, H2S tables and risks associated.
- Responsible for Offshore completion supervision, installation of equipment, sea fastening of equipment etc.
- Participate in Daily meetings.
- Review morning report.
- Confirm identified hazards are adequately managed.
- Identify requirements for modifications to ongoing operations and discuss with DM.
- Identify deviations from ongoing programme and inform DM.
- Provide technical input as required.
- Prepare agenda for Weekly meeting.
- Write and distribute minutes for Weekly meeting, follow up action items.
- Make Learning Register entries for analysis as required and assign TE for analysis.
- Track lessons learnt and implement into next well.
