* Local role:

Direct the activities of all functions involved in the forecasting, planning, warehousing, import-export, supplier's delivery, inventory control and delivery finished goods to customer(s).

Ensure Customer Requirements are met.

Maintain or minimize EHS Hazard/Risk and Environmental impact from any activities perform in the perimeter through regulator training.

Provide leadership at plant level on supply chain topics (customer service, demand management, stock, productivity, efficiency, and profitability).

Mentoring and coaching team members (planning, warehouse, SAP).

Contribute and drive the flawless implementation of the site Supply Chain Road Map while constantly reviewing supply chain overall performance which implies continuously improving and/or re-engineering all material and information flows & work processes.

Ensure high level smooth collaboration with all SC stakeholders (purchasing, production, finance, HR, suppliers and clients).

Leading all internal/external audit related to supply chain.

Build and share the reporting of his activities and lead regular reporting of Supply Chain performance.

Respect and apply the Global Purchasing procedures.

Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution.

Setting Department and Quality objectives for the team.

Manages if any the crisis with the suppliers.

Ensure 6 non-negotiables and safety rules are strictly respected in the plant supply chain team.

Employee has authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk and has to report to the manager immediately.

Contributes to Asia Supply Chain & Purchasing activities and performs various reporting timely.
