1. 기술진단
- 시스템 최적화 및 효율화 수행 (On-Premise, Public Cloud 상의 H/W, OS, Storage, Network, JAVA기반 미들웨어(Web, WAS) 등의 진단 기반)

장애 실시간 대응/원인 분석, 이후 근본 원인 분석 및 재발 방지 방안 제시/리딩

2. 신기술 연구, 과제 수행
- Public cloud 기반 서비스/솔루션 연구를 통한 진단 방법 / 설정 표준 마련, 관리, 교육/전파

지원자격

총 경력 10년 이상의 Technical Architect 경험이 있는 분

3년 이상의 최적화 TA 경험이 있는 분

1. 전문 기술 진단 활동 경험

H/W, OS, Storage, Network, 미들웨어 및 Java 기반 솔루션 운영 적정성 검토, 최적화 경험이 있는 분 (성능 병목 확인/튜닝 등)
- 다양한 주요 Infra 솔루션에 대한 이해가 있는 분 (APM, DPM 등 성능 관리 솔루션, 스토리지 이중화 솔루션, DR 등)
- 진단/최적화 업무에 필요한 신기술 습득, 자기개발 통한 skill 고도화/전파 가능한 분

2. 기술 관련 장애 발생 시 긴급 대응 및 기술 지원 경험
- Application과 운영 환경(On-Premise, Public Cloud)간 아키텍처에 대해 이해도가 있는 분
- 인프라 아키텍처에 대한 다양한 경험/지식 기반으로 장애 긴급 대응이 가능한 분
- 정상화 지원, 사후 원인 식별/분석 및 재발 방지 위한 개선 방안 수립 경험이 있는 분

우대사항

동종업계(SI, SM업체) 최적화팀, 기술 진단 조직 / 인프라 관련 솔루션社 기술지원 담당자
- Cloud Native 프로젝트 구축/운영 경험이 있는 분

솔루션 관련 기술에 대한 Open-mind, 문제 해결 리딩에 Ownership을 보유한 분

보유 기술 이외 영역의 문제에도 주도적으로 리딩하며 해결하실 수 있는 분

* 단, 프로젝트 시 수도권 내 프로젝트 현장으로 출장이 발생할 수 있습니다.
