- Use various didactic methods to transfer the knowledge and skills to trainees.
- Translate sophisticated technical information into actionable knowledge.
- Mentor trainees with hands-on exercises on Electron Microscopes
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Gain feedback from trainees and improve our training based on it.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or other relevant degree.
- Attending class related to education science is a huge advantage.
- Electron Microscopy experience is a huge advantage.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing, on a business level.
- Willing and able to travel, up to 40%. (mainly a trip to China)
- Confident in delivering on-the-spot training, even when conditions are challenging.
- Hands-on mentality, loving high-end technical sophisticated tools and problems.
- Know how to bring colleagues, learners, and engineers to work together in an international environment.
- Understand how people learn and are capable of envisioning themselves as learner.
- Self-starter, who is also highly productive when not supervised.
- Highly communicative on different levels and able to explain difficult material.
