    All current USFK KN employees serviced by Area III & North CPAC, CHRA-FER.

    Hauptaufgaben

    Serves as a Civilian Human Resources Analyst for MEDDAC-K/BAACH and all associated Outlying Health Clinics Korea-wide with responsibility for providing administrative support regarding a wide variety of HR programs.

    Typical areas of HR support include operation of HR-associated automated databases and systems.

    Provides full range of advice and guidance on HR issues, supports HR actions including personnel in/out-processing, separations, personnel readiness and accounting, strength reporting and management, civilian payroll support, and monitors the status of HR functions within the Command.

    Also, reviews and interprets regulations, directives, and reports pertinent to HR functions.

    Performs a variety of technical works involved in the personnel administration, forms and records management report control, awards processing, and other technical duties associated with the personnel management functions.

    Assists in providing administrative service to include all aspects of correspondence management, distribution and civilian personnel administration.

    Processes all type of personnel actions (DCPDS SF52) for the USAMEDDAC-K/BAACH, and contacts the requesting supervisors to obtain additional information of personnel data and nature of actions.

    Reports recruitment status to the unit and subordinate activity on a weekly basis. Prepares a variety of recurring and special reports regarding U.S. and Korean National employees. Assists in updating related publications, such as USAMEDDAC-K/BAACH policy memorandum for Decorations, Awards, Honors and Civilian Incentive Awards.

    Provides periodic updates and command information via hardcopy distribution and electronic mail regarding holidays and internal and external policies related to civilian personnel administrative management.

    Manages the incentive and honorary award program for GS and KN employees. Ensures internal award policies are in place and comply with Department of Army (DA), U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) and regional policies and guidance.

    Ensures award nominations are complete, meet justification requirements, and applicable delegation criteria, and regulatory timeframes are met for award submission.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

    Progressively responsible administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other substantive experience, one year of which was equivalent to at least the next lower grade, that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
