- Process product receiving and distribution according to procedures
- Puts away on the shelf when receiving products
- Controls & Manages receiving & delivery of long-term and/or short-term consignment
- Fulfill customer orders and then pack, seal, label and express delivery to customers
- Complies and reports to Operation manager of damage, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments from vendors, return of products from distributors, etc.
- Contacts distributors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages or overages and arrangement of emergency shipments
- Provides customer service for distributors and customers
- Performs blind stock count for main warehouse
- Performs annual stock count of long-term consignment located in fields
- Works with Material planners to secure optimum safety stock level and minimize shortages
- Manages replaced instruments due to breakage
