    • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
    • Conduct consultations with potential franchisees to understand their business goals, financial capabilities, and interests.
    • Provide detailed information about Beam's franchise model, including investment requirements, support services, and expected returns.
    • Develop sales presentations and materials to showcase the benefits of the franchise opportunity.
    • Effectively communicate the unique selling points and competitive advantages of the company's franchise
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of the franchise agreement, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement for both parties.
    • Close sales deals and facilitate the signing of franchise contracts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. Address inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchising or a related industry.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and explain complex business concepts clearly.
    • Fluency in Korean, proficiency in English is a plus
