    Role Summary
    The M365 Security Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and advising on Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions.

    This role supports clients in leveraging Microsoft 365 E3/E5, EMS E3/E5, and Azure services to enhance their security posture and meet compliance requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Security Architecture & Deployment:
    Design and implement security configurations using Microsoft 365 tools such as Intune, Azure Information Protection (AIP), Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

    Client Consulting:
    Provide expert guidance to clients on security best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks. Participate in pre-sales and post-sales engagements

    Migration & Integration:
    Lead or support migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to Microsoft 365, ensuring secure onboarding and configuration

    Policy Management:
    Develop and enforce security policies across Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive

    Training & Documentation:
    Deliver training sessions and create user guides for secure usage of Microsoft 365 applications, including mobile and desktop environments
    Job Requirements
    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Technical Expertise:
    6–8 years in IT consulting, systems integration, or corporate IT
    Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 E3/E5 security features
    Proven track record in deploying Microsoft 365 security solutions for mid-to-large enterprises
    Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Defender suite, Sentinel, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
    Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Information Protection tools 2

    Certifications:

    Preferred:
    MS-500, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500


    Soft Skills:
    Strong communication and client-facing skills
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
    Proficiency in English is a plus
