- Corporate & Investment banking Responsibilities Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the team with regulatory requirements on businesses and Governance: Coordinate amongst different teams for appropriate actions and reporting
- Manage reporting to the senior management of the entity and to the APAC and Paris office
- Coordinate or execute various controls including Market Surveillance, illegal short selling, review on Conflict of Interests, monitoring of Money Laundering, and perform Permanent Supervisions, etc.
- Actively discuss with the regional Compliance teams on various Compliance issues Profile required
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, law or related discipline (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and complex professional environment with many time-sensitive deliverables
- Ability to develop and manage business relationships
