- After Sales (Leading role) support : Customer Service Direct Communication to HQ Support / Follow up on store issues
- CRM / Clienteling analysis support VIC Segmentation tracking and analysis by door CRM data collect and analysis
- Store duty/ Overtime data collection for report
- Financial issue support Stock taking scheduling and follow up Deposit/ Manual Invoice and other related issues communication follow up
- Regular meeting arrangement : Boutique Manager meeting, Brand meeting
- Newsletter (Leading role) Collect data from function and Release
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail industry
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software including Excel, Powerpoint and other retail program
