Key Area of Responsibility:
Customer Service Support
1. Support the sales process and follow-up with administrative tasks
2. Receive, check, consolidate and upload Sales Order after Sales Team collect and finalize orders
3. Assist on billing process
4. Provide updates on unshipped orders and pending payments
Customer Issue Resolution
1. Act as the first contact point for customer inquiries, complaints, issues;
2. Resolve issues related to order, shipment, and delivery
Product Returns Management
1. Notify Product Team of return request from customer
2. Facilitate Customer Defective Return, based on approval from Product Team
Sales Order Creation and Amendments
1. Receive Sales Order Forms and input into ERP system
2. Manage adjustments to sales orders (cancellation of SO etc.)
3. Coordinate across functions to manage adjustments to demand based on PO amendments (delay in shipments etc.)
4. Work with the DC Operations team, manage DC capacity and execute outbound deliveries per SO
Sales Order Issue Resolution
1. Coordinate and manage order fulfillment issues related to Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance etc.
2. Receive approvals from Product Team before executing product return transactions in the ERP system
Stock Allocation
1. Execute stock allocations and replenishments based on allocation table and/or approval by sales team
2. Coordinate stock allocation between retail and wholesale channels
Retail Support
1. Receive, check and consolidate retail orders
2. Provide updates on order shipment status
3. Help retail buyer to resolve issues related to shipment, delivery and discrepancy
4. Receive allocation table and input into ERP system
