- 담당직무
- Planning and managing the Product Support team's work effort
- Managing the flow and quality of team deliverables and helps to ensure deadlines are met
- Documenting and communicating issues related to development activities
- Lead the software package management
- Lead product support activities during presales, implementation project, postsales of products including demonstration, trouble
shooting and customer care, etc.
[자격요건]
- 10+ years of experience in delivering or technical supporting with global business software solutions
(ERP, CRM, BI and extensive knowledge of people tools)
- Minimum 5 times of Solution Architect or Project Manager experiences
- Previously worked on at least 1 software development project
- 4+ years of technical presales experiences with software solutions
- Well versed in designing and implementing multi-tiered, enterprise applications and packages
(Oracle, WAS, Database, EAI, Web Services, J2EE, etc.) and integration middleware (SOA/ESB)
