- Proven success in senior sales leadership roles (e.g., Country Manager, Head of Korea, or similar), ideally in a high-growth, channel-driven organisation.
- Track record of building and scaling teams, with experience as the first hire or early leader in a market and driving sustained results.
- Deep understanding of the Korean business landscape, including how to navigate local buyer behavior and partner ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated success working with VARs, resellers, and integrators, especially in complex B2B sales environments.
- Experience in hardware, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is a strong plus.
