- Accountable for monthly forecasting, conducting hands-on analysis of actual vs. target and previous year on a monthly basis, and contributing to the annual budget process.
- Prepare short-term and long-term business plans and strategies in collaboration with the market leadership team.
- Control and manage OPEX and CAPEX budget and expenditure.
- Support market leadership in preparing regular business reviews.
- Manage corporate reporting packages accurately and ensure timely submission.
- Support the business unit in pricing strategies, product launches, and ensuring profitable operations.
- Assist the Head of Finance in funds management, credit and cash flow management, budgeting, financial control/reporting, and internal control systems and audits.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required, under the supervision of the Head of Finance and the Country General Manager.
- University degree, preferably majoring in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- 8-12 years of experience in the industry, with a preference for sales and promotion, consumer, or pharmaceutical/aesthetic industry experience.
- Good knowledge of the local context, specifically the consumer or pharmaceutical market.
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to communicate respectfully.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on business growth and profitability.
- Self-starter and quick learner, capable of adapting to a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and experience in Smartview.
