We are looking for a Warehouse/Logistics  Manager, APAC region to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will be based in Icheon, Korea.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead training in Lean Manufacturing concepts, tools, and principles for entire Warehouse organization
• Support development of policies, procedures and Standardized Work for shipping, receiving, material handling, and logistics processes
• Drive continuous improvement activities through hands-on approach using tools and concepts related to Pull System, Kanban, Standardized Work, 5S, Visual Management, Problem Solving and kitting.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining programs such as a training program, safety program, workgroup boards, continuous improvement projects, etc., and utilizing tools such as A3's, 8-Step, R.A.I.L's.
• Develop and implement change management process to ensure smooth changes in all aspects of Warehouse Operations.
• Work with key suppliers to implement 'direct line feed' delivery practices
• Support efforts to standardize and improve supplier packaging that supports high volume production with strategies to minimize cost and ensure quality of parts.
• Create and deploy a FIFO material flow strategy that will minimize transactions while increasing inventory record accuracy to highest possible levels.
• Achieve and sustain an Inventory Record Accuracy of > 98% at all times by deploying superior cycle count practices.
• Identify opportunities to implement and leverage ERP systems.
• Establish key performance indicators and ERP health measures related to Inventory Management and Shipping/Receiving.
• Manage diverse team of direct reports to support successfully meeting goals
• This role is responsible for the optimization of the entire value-stream from the supply chain through the delivery of Bloom Energy servers to customers.
• Responsible for developing and implementing 5S and housekeeping programs.
• Flexibility to work on any of the shifts, or in any area of the plant, based on company needs.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Operations Management or Supply Chain
• 8+ years of experience in Materials or Operations Management
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and principles with proven results
• Business experience in hi tech or low volume / high mix industries preferred
• Practical and advanced understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Management
• Hands on experience with ERP implementation
• Experience with Oracle: Warehouse Management System(WMS)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly advanced analytical and cognitive skills.
• Must be a creative thinker and have a vision of how to raise process maturity to the next level.
• Must have a demonstrated ability in the area of Materials Management policy & process creation and implementation
• Must demonstrate a bias for action and implementation
• Must have strong motivation and mentoring skills
