Key Responsibilities

Review & reconciliation of customer order and specification

Communication with customer through email, Phone & conference call, face to face meeting

Take care of commercial, technical and schedule issues both internal and external

Technical support for warranty issues / field service issues.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the pump manufacturing industry.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans

Strong understanding pump Industry & service and part Business

Fluent or Strong English Skills
