- Manage workshop business and daily job.
- Management of equipment, parts, and materials, encompassing all logistical activities within the workshop.
- Make stocktaking and ensure inventory accurate in workshop.
- Implement and oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as well as ISO-related tasks in accordance with the company's workshop policies.
- Responsible for workshop administration.
- Workshop capability increase yearly.
- Continuous improvement KPI for workshop.
- Provide assistance in supply chain operations, inclusive of managing direct and indirect costs, as well as collecting relevant data.
- 3-5 years related experience at minimum.
- Bachelor degree in engineering is preferred.
- ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 related experience is preferred.
