A multinational medical device manufacturer is looking for an HR/GA Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for handling learning and career development, compensation, policies, and other HR-related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage reward, benefit, compensation review, and incentive management processes
• Oversee the Employee Equity Award Program and payroll systems
• Conduct position grading, budgeting, performance appraisal analysis, and HR KPI management
• Develop company competency management strategies and base development plans
• Implement talent management initiatives and succession planning processes
• Manage HRIS system, HR policies, and shared service provision to affiliates
• Oversee office asset management, purchase, HR, GA vendor management, and general affairs efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration
• More than 7 years of experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Success Factors
• Skills in data analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
