직무 소개
쿠팡 글로벌위기관리센터(이하 GSOC)의 교육 및 프로세스 개선을 총괄할 의욕있는 시니어 매니저를 찾고 있습니다.
GSOC Training and Process Improvement Manager는 GSOC 내부 프로세스를 개선할 포괄적인 교육전략을 설계하고 구현하는 핵심 역할을 맡아 글로벌위기관리센터장에게 직접 보고합니다.
각 분야의 전문가 및 GSOC 동료 및 쿠팡 글로벌시큐리티조직(이하 CGS) 리더와 긴밀히 협력하며, CGS가 지원하는 다양한 비즈니스 전반에 걸친 GSOC 프로세스를 배우고 각 팀의 임무를 향상시키기 위해 노력합니다. 따라서 GSOC의 프로세스와 교육 요구 사항, 효과적인 온보딩 및 교육 프로그램을 확실히 이해하고 개발해야 합니다.
업무 내용
GSOC 인력을 위한 종합적인 교육프로그램 설계, 개발, 구현
E-러닝 모듈, 실습 교육 자료 제작 및 외부 교육 및 개발 기회 파악
GSOC 운영데이터를 분석하여 문제점 및 개선사항 도출
프로세스 및 프로토콜을 효과적으로 이해를 위한 정기 교육, 워크숍 및 시뮬레이션 수행
정기평가 및 피드백 메커니즘을 통한 GSOC 직원의 교육 요구사항 이해
GSOC 신규 인원 및 쿠팡 자회사 온보딩 지원
업계 표준 업데이트 및 모범사례 구현
자격 요건
보안, 정부, 교육 및 개발, 교육 설계 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위를 취득하신 분
보안이나 전자상거래 분야에서 교육 프로그램을 설계하고 제공한 8년 이상의 경험을 보유하신 분
보안 운영, 손실 예방, 사고 대응 또는 기업 보안에 대한 지식을 보유하신 분
보안과 연관된 ASIS, ISO, TAPA, PCI-DSS 및 기타 국제 표준에 대한 이해를 보유하신 분
학습 관리 시스템 또는 이러닝 도구, 플랫폼 사용에 능숙하신 분
여러 인력의 다양한 학습 스타일과 수준에 맞게 훈련 자료를 제작가능하신 분
긴급하고 다양한 업무환경에서 우선순위를 판별하고 처리가능하신 분
리스크, 응급, 위협 상황의 관리 경험이 있으신 분
우대 사항

당사는 위 2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 개인정보 보호법 에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
