Job Responsibilities

Achieve required equipment up time, equipment repairs and production goals, Maintain department records and inventories

Work with employees to resolve technical and machine problem, schedule preventive maintenance to effectively meet production needs

Communicate to employees all issues that affect the plant

Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance

Key Requirements

Bachelor`s degree or above is plus

Minimum 3 year or more work experience

Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals

Good English Speaking Skill and writing capability required
