- Primary contact of HCP and patient query as a call center officer for Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service
- Responsible for the collecting, sorting and archiving warranty documents
- Ensue accurate warranty log and data management, document storage, warranty mailbox based on internal policy and regulation.
- Ensure the knowledge of Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service, related SOP and regulations for the right customer query handling
- Experience of call center, customer service or related job
- Ability to comply with quality systems procedure and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations.
- Able to work effectively in a team/matrix environment.
- Intermediate in English (written)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
