- Executes assistant tasks for GM relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
- Acts as point of contact for internal and external enquiries by phone and email, initiates actions like answering, sorting, etc., and assesses issues
- Organize and support management meetings, townhall, company events, and business workshops
- Organize itinerary and logistics including accommodation and transportation for global & regional visitors to HCB Korea
- Support managing GM's schedule, expenses, and other administrative tasks
- Provide ad hoc administrative support for the business when required
