- Experience with the running and implementation of programs at a senior management level.
- PhD in Science/Engineering discipline and 15 years of experience at advanced semiconductor customer
- Extensive experience in fab process, patterning and integration
- Experience with problem solving techniques and driving improvement with combined teams
- Experience leading cross functional teams to meet key objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with project management both internal and external
