Your Role
1) Conduct field measurement and data analysis in order to confirm the performance of abatement system according to customer request.
2) Provide the results aquired from laboratory tests to the engineers and help them find out the direction of improvement and development for the systems.
3) After a schedule consultation by customer's request, supports scrubber measurement at the customer's Fab. and field-related analysis. - Conduct analysis and measurement with our own analyzers
- If the required analysis method is not prepared, request 3rd party analysis agency to conduct the analysis and let us organize the data
4) Prepare chemical reaction mechanism required by the customer
- Chemical reactivity theorem related to semiconductor process and scrubber gas treatment
5) Carry out the continuing maintenance on analyzers, so that the analyzer should be available on the development project schedule.
To Succeed, you will need
1) Education Level:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in chemistry, environment engineering (analysis) or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Person who has completed the education of basic Chemical reaction mechanism 2) Relevant Previous Experience:
- At least 4 years experience, including analysis experience, in the area of semiconductor industry
3) Analysis Skills:
- Ability to operate analysis instruments
- Knowledge of semiconductor related analysis instruments and Ability to deal with related problems
- basic Knowledge of analysis instruments and Chemical experiment
- Personnel with qualifications related to analysis preferred
4) Other Soft Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability of technical document preparation
- Basic Knowledge of semiconductor processes
- Basic understanding and Knowledge of abatement system
- Personnel with certificates in the area of the environment preferred
(Engineer Water Pollution Environmental / Engineer Air Pollution Environmental / Engineer Wastes Treatment etc. )
- A valid driver's license
- Personnel with strong responsibility for work
- Personnel who is able-bodied in order to Conduct frequent field measurements preferred
