    Indirect Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the purchasing function covering indirect spend portfolio of Solar Edge Technologies Korea (SE Korea).

    The Indirect Spend covers all technical and service spend such as CAPEX, MRO, Packaging/Consumables, Facility Management, Equipment, Real Estate, G&A related spend, Professional services-HR/Marketing/certificates/others, and in general any spend besides the direct spend.

    What will you be doing

    1. Act as focal person to lead sourcing activities for manufacturing facilities and equipment with stakeholders.
    2. Build strong and strategically focused relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the delivery of top tier results without unnecessary disruptions to the business. Ensure alignment of priorities and expected results with all stakeholders.
    3. Deliver cost savings / cost avoidance to meet annual target via conducting sourcing events, negotiations, and VAVE as necessary.
    4. Manage cost saving hopper program and KPI to meet the corporate core values.
    5. Conduct market analysis and make benchmark pricing to ensure competitive pricing and identify category specific cost drivers under market intelligence data sources.
    6. Be accountable for developing and executing Indirect Sourcing Strategies aligning with corporate policy.
    7. Conduct supplier survey and assessment jointly with Supplier Quality and conduct, develop mitigation action with the ownership as necessary.
    8. Drive saving opportunities for G&A related spend, IT/OA, CAPEX and other indirect categories with managing RFP/RFQ processes.

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum 4 years of experience of purchasing at manufacturing company
    • Thorough knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management
    • Skilled in analyzing and evaluating data and making comprehensive reports
    • Problem Solving Process and understanding TCO are required
    • Ability to deal effectively with multiple projects/ deadlines, and rapidly changing priorities
    • Positive attitude, self-driven, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals
    • Effective communication styles are appropriate given the differing needs of culturally diverse, global teams
    • Intermediate level of speaking & writing capability in English required
    • Proficient in use of ERP (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
