About the Role

We are looking for a Content Writer & Developer with strong skills in bilingual (Korean/English) communication and technical writing to join our team in Seoul. This role focuses on transforming complex client and product information into clear, engaging training and communication assets across multiple formats.

You will be responsible for executing content development, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and quality, while tailoring materials to different audiences and use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and localize training materials, communication assets, and technical documentation.

• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging formats for diverse audiences.

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content deliverables.

• Collaborate with strategists, localization teams, and creative production teams.

• Support client meetings when needed to present deliverables and gather feedback.

• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines..

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken).

• Proven experience in content writing, editing, or technical writing for technology clients.

• Strong command of grammar, style, and storytelling across multiple content formats.

• Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise messaging.

• Experience managing content projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, CMS, or design tools.

• Experience in copywriting or creative writing for technology brands
