Job summary
Manage expenses, budgets and support revenue generation within designated region and country to ensure forecasted financial targets are achieved. Manage customer relations in all service and maintenance matters to ensure customers can operate their Alcon equipment with the highest level of satisfaction. Responsible for the supervision, development, and training of Field Service associates that will carry out the goals and objectives of the service department. Plans service activities ensuring they are executed in line with relevant times and costs. Ensures adequately trained internal resources which extends to external partners and customers product use knowledge enabling troubleshooting and maintenance. Establish and build strong relationships and partnerships cross-functionally and provide the necessary support to optimize customer relations.
